streetfootballworld’s East African network members will come together for a special workshop in Nairobi from 31 January to 1 February.

Supported by the Youth Development through Football programme of the GIZ, the workshop will be attended by representatives from a total of 13 regional organisations.

Participants will come from current streetfootballworld network members such as MYSA, Moving the Goalposts, Vijana Amani Pamoja, Society Empowerment Project, IDYDC, HODI, SSYSA, The Kids League and Espérance, as well as organisations currently in the process of applying for membership.

Building upon the recent adidas Exchange Programme in Nairobi, the workshop will form the next step in the process of drawing up a strategic plan for the streetfootballworld network in East Africa. The aim is to jointly create a strong foundation for the network’s future growth, enabling organisations to reach more young people with their programmes.
